What is CROME?

CROME is a ROM Editor which lets you edit and add extra features to your stock OBD1 Honda ECU. This allows a Honda B/D/H series engine to effortlessly run forced induction systems (ie. turbo, supercharger) or individual throttle bodies like it was stock.
